So girls here they are.... These were some retired US Stampin' Up papers - Petal Patch, which use Bashful Blue, Blush Blossom, Certainly Celery and Close to Cocoa, that I managed to acquire from ebay....hope you like them...

Butterfly Birthday

I made this easel card for a friend's birthday tomorrow, who likes flamboyant and glitzy. The colours I realise matched the challenge at Just Add Ink (almost)and so I'm entering it for that. I have used Old Olive instead of Kiwi Kiss and Pink Passion instead of Rich Razzleberry and added Pretty in Pink. So I hope it still qualifies!!

Whimsical Wings

I recently got the Whimsical Wings Hostess Set from Stampin' Up for our card group and decided to make some cards with it, particularly with the challenge (which I notice I've missed the deadline for again!!) at Just Scraps in mind which was "Butterflies, Flowers and Birds. I think I have covered all the requirements with this little lot! I came up with various ideas and on this first one I thought "Who says the ribbon has to be horizontal or vertical?" So I stepped out of the box and and laid it diagonally! I think it looks great!

This watering can charm matched this above card 's colour scheme perfectly!

And these butterflies which I got free with a magazine at least a year ago... matched this card beautifully! By the way, I have used a scrap of wallpaper as my grass on this card!!

Clean and Simple

The challenge at Sweet Stampin this week is "Clean and Simple". Now This is really out of the box for me as my cards usually are covered with brads, buttons, ribbon or flowers. So I had to at least add a little ribbon even if it was white!! LOL You can't see it very well but the white card is embossed!!

Doodling with Sweet Stampin

The challenge at Sweet Stampin last week was "Doodling" which I took to mean writing in your own handwriting on a card. I know I've missed the deadline ..again.. but the linky is still open so I thought I'd post my two cards anyway!!
