Hostess Gifts

So I have a little more time and enthusiasm on my hands, albeit still in much pain. Here's  a few things I've been doing over the last 8 months.Hostess Gifts - If you like the look of any of these, you live in the Bristol area and you would like to hold a Stampin' Up! party at your home - I would be more than happy to hand you your free gift, a free catalogue and demonstrate to you and your friends the beauty of the co-ordination of Stampin' Up! Just email me here

Every bit of this wheelbarrow is made from card. With some help from my lovely husband! The wheel is made from about 25 layers all stuck on top of one another! Needless to say Janet, as a keen gardener,  was delighted with her gift!
This was for Carol who shares with me a love for doll's houses. Inside were these cards.

This was a set of round cards I made for Nett using the  Scallop Circle Bigz Die.  I searched high and low trying to find a template for a circular envelope but to no avail! So I had to use square ones and package them separately!

When Stampin' Up! brought out fabric in October, one of my craft friends said she would like to learn to sew with a machine. Since I have had two businesses involving sewing in the past, [one of which was making hats just like these but for your head not for pins!] I jumped at the chance. We meet regularly and have made some lovely things....but that's another story....

This I made using the Mini Milk Carton Bigz L Die for Lou, a wonderful new friend I've met through a Stampin' Up! party. See you can still meet and make friends even when you're in your forties LOL I filled this with lots of Xmas tags which I forgot to photograph.

I did a whole day class for these Top Note boxes  and we added shoes to the top. Again another post... This I gave to Lesley filled with chocolates

Absolutely loved making this one. One of my best friends in the crafting world is Tina and she really wanted the In Color ribbons. So I came up with this idea, using the Mini Milk Carton Bigz L Die again. One in each colour. I then put one metre of each ribbon in it's corresponding carton and threaded the end through a punched hole. I left the tops open so they can be refilled! This is my own original idea please do not copy it without permission.

And finally I  decorated this photo frame last week for Katie! I have used something new from the Summer Mini Catalogue coming out next Tuesday 1 May!

Back tomorrow with pics of recent  card classes

Thanx for looking :o)
